King Beach Avenue rooms face Beach Avenue, a tree-lined street near the ocean, and offer partial ocean views in the spring and summer, with full ocean views in the fall and winter. Classic Three Bed Units have two queen beds, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa in one room, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. King Suites offer a king bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. English Bay Suites, located on the 8th floor, feature views of English Bay, a master bedroom with a king bed, a large living area with a queen-size Murphy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beach Avenue Suites provide views of English Bay and Stanley Park, and include a queen bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area, and a coffee maker.

Sylvia's Restaurant & Lounge serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the bistro, patio, and lounge. The restaurant's breakfast is available from 7:00 am to 11:30 am Monday to Friday and 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Dinner is available daily from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The Cocktail Lounge is open from 11:00 am to midnight, Monday to Sunday. Happy Hour, with appetizer, beer, and wine specials, is weekdays from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays. The All Day Dining Menu offers traditional and modern dishes and is served daily from 11:30am-10pm, except when the Brunch menu is in effect.

The Vancouver Aquatic Centre, featuring an indoor pool with a sauna and whirlpool, is nearby. Bike rentals are available through English Bay Bike Rentals. From Highway 1 East, take the Hastings Street exit west and follow Hastings Street to the downtown core.
